I am a visionary data and analytics executive with more than 20 years of experience leading global teams to deliver business-critical insights and innovation in animal health, pharmaceuticals, industrials, and financial services.

As the CDAO of the world's largest animal health company, I drive the enterprise data and analytics strategy and execution — ensuring data-driven insights power business performance, innovation, and competitive advantage. I build and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, data engineers, data platform engineers, and AI engineers.

My work spans architecting enterprise-wide data, analytics, and AI strategies; developing governance frameworks; and building platform solutions that unlock business value while managing data risk. I lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling capabilities to inform product development, marketing, and operational efficiency.

I collaborate closely with executive and functional leaders to prioritize analytics initiatives, cultivate a data-driven culture, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
